SOUS CHEF - Full Time
Responsibilities include: Preparing proper meal portions, opening cafe, closing kitchen, cooking meals and keeping a sanitized work area.
You will work alongside the Head Chef as well as a team of support staff, occssionally you will be required to work alone.
Reccomended Assets:
-2+ years’ cooking in a similar setting (including pizza and breakfast)
Required Assets:
-Ability to work on your feet for eight hours a day.
-High level of professionalism and organization.
-Excellent organization skills.
-Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds at a time on a regular basis.
-Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
-Reliable transportation (10 minutes from the southwest city limits.)
Wage: TBD
PUB SERVER - Full Time
Responsibilities include: Serving a diverse range of customers; ensure our products meet out high level of standards; opening and closing duties; cash handling and keeping a clean and sanitized work environment.
Recommended Assets:
-1+ years’ serving in a similar setting (including alcohol service)
-Able to work evenings and weekends
Required Assets:
-Ability to work on your feet for up to eight hours a day.
-High level of professionalism and organization.
-Excellent organization skills.
-Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
-Must hold a valid ProServe certification.
-Reliable transportation (10 minutes from the southwest city limits.)
Wage: $15/hour
BARISTA - FT/PT
Responsibilities include: Serving a diverse range of customers; ensure our products meet out high level of standards; opening and closing duties; cash handling and keeping a clean and sanitized work environment.
Recommended Assets:
-1+ years’ serving in a similar setting (including hot beverage & alcohol service)
-Knowledge of popular beverages
-Knowledge of popular beverages
- Able to work early mornings and weekends
Required Assets:
-Ability to work on your feet for up to eight hours a day.
-High level of professionalism and organization.
-Excellent organization skills.
-Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
-Must hold a valid ProServe certification.
-Reliable transportation (10 minutes from the southwest city limits.)
